How to prevent obesity in the workplace?

Work can be worse than college days when it comes to weight gain.

Nearly half of those who work in the office say they are overweight when they start work.

If you know this problem well, look for the most common culprits and the simplest solutions:

Collegiality and fast food
Almost a third of dieters say their colleagues encourage them to eat more and choose fast food. And since you have no cooking facilities in the office, eating fast food seems justified.

Solution: Did you know that we eat twice as much if the food is in our field of vision? So stay away from food during the meeting and avoid fast-food outlets.

Second strategy: Plan ahead and reward yourself if you resist fast food. One hamburger per week will not do you any harm.

Have lunch with colleagues
When we are in the company, on average we eat 30 percent more food. We often take dessert even though we are not hungry. By the way, talking to colleagues, we don't even notice what and how much we eat.

Solution: Prepare your own lunch at home and then eat it in the company. If you go to a restaurant, choose a healthier meal from the menu.

Eat when under stress
A quarter of employees rated work as the biggest cause of stress. When under stress, the body releases hormones that increase appetite, and thus the desire for more nutritious foods.

Worse still, this effect does not end when you leave the office.

Solution: Take breaks more often, especially if you have a stressful and stressful day. This will help you stay balanced and make it easier to recover from stress. Try listening to relaxing, meditative music.

If you want a healthy snack, take a cube or two of dark chocolate.

Destiny 2 is about to launch a new season, which should probably bring enough content to keep players entertained over the next few months. Bungie has released a bunch of details on what Destiny 2 players are waiting for as the new season arrives. It seems that the same will continue the trend of the current season with a much greater focus on the story at the center, this time by Rasputin's Warmind AI. Namely, after many successive defeats, the main antagonists of the original campaign will once again try to destroy the last city of humanity. As their method is to use the space station as a sort of meteor, players will have to train Rasputin's weapons to protect themselves from destruction. All players will be able to access new PvE activities like activating Seraph towers and Rasputin bunkers while PvP's focus will be the popular 3v3 Trials of Osiris mode. All players will also receive artifacts with new seasonal modes, but will also be able to earn new exotic wea...

Netflix's biggest star original to date is currently being filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, and it should come as no surprise that it also carries the largest streaming service commitment. Red Notice is produced by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's production company Seven Bucks, with Johnson starring Deadpool's Ryan Reynolds and Wonder Woman Gal Gadot. It's a stellar lineup that is sure to get fans' attention, and that's exactly what Netflix will need considering the amount of money it has to invest to bring together these three huge stars. Most people assumed that the spy thriller would carry a hefty price tag, a fact Johnson confirmed in an Instagram post-Monday morning. Johnson shared a photo of himself meeting with Netflix boss Ted Sarandos on the set of Red Notice and explained that the film received the largest ever service commitment. "After all, we meet," Johnson wrote in the release. "It's a good idea to shake hands with our par...
