How does physical activity affect male health?

Training is good for men's health, it improves mood, but it has another important benefit - especially good for sperm.

New research shows that men who exercise regularly have better sperm levels than those who don't.

For the purpose of this research, the scientists took samples of hundreds of men who are donating sperm.

It turns out that those who have excellent sperm concentration train regularly and have no problems with male health.

"Regular training improves sperm quality parameters in healthy men who have no fertility problems," says study co-author Dr. Yi Jin Wang from Wuhan University Medical College.

Although it is clear that exercise has a good effect on sperm, scientists still cannot say how much men need to exercise, nor what type of training is best for optimal sperm health.

"Physical activity also helps maintain a healthy body weight, which is important for sperm health," says urologist Dr. Ali Dabaja.

If you have a lot of body fat, you will also have a lot of oxidative stress in the body, the urologist said.

Exercise is not a cure for infertility, but if you are trying to have a baby and have no health problems with fertility, regular physical activity can increase your chances.

Johnson shared a photo of himself meeting with Netflix boss Ted Sarandos on the set of Red Notice and explained that the film received the largest ever service commitment. "After all, we meet," Johnson wrote in the release. "It's a good idea to shake hands with our par...
