Color Psychology: Wearing these shades has proven to improve mood

In the days when there is a scarcity of sunshine and the streets of the city are painted gray, the mood of many is very fragile and generally bad. Many see winter as a period of hibernation and look forward to spring and summer. But that doesn't have to be the case.

Many argue that the solution to raising the mood in winter is in brightly colored clothes, and the whole theory is called "dopamine dressing". Psychologist and author of The Little Book of Color, Karen Heller, explains that colors like yellow, pink, red, green and blue instantly lift the mood.

Bright colors instantly lift our spirits. Our self-esteem grows when we dress from head to toe in our favorite light color that fits us well, Scheller said, adding that dressing in bold and light colors affects our emotions very positively and effectively.

According to Heller, our brains often associate bright colors with beautiful memories. Therefore, when you wear yellow, you feel cheerful, and when you wear black you are too serious.

The North Star behaves strangely, and scientists cannot explain why

The North Bear (Alpha Little Bear), also known as a guide star, is the brightest star in the Little Bear constellation. It is located very close to the North Celestial Pole and is currently a polar star. Astrophysicists get data that differs from the information they have so far despite accurate data, while North Star dazzles even the most advanced telescopes. For centuries, this star, located just above the North Pole, has served passengers with a compass-free orientation. Recent research shows that we do not know much about this star and that it does not fit into any star model used by astrophysicists. There are several ways astrophysicists calculate the mass, age, and distance of stars such as the North. One is the method called the "star evolution model". With this method, scientists study the brightness, color, and tempo of the star's pulse, and then use this data to determine the size of the star, the intensity at which it shines and at what stage of lif...
