Why is avocado oil good for your hair and body?

If you love avocado, the fact that avocado oil is great for your body, skin, and hair will also mean to you.

Cold-pressed avocado oil contains a high concentration of vitamin E, which is very important for maintaining skin health. Direct application of oil to the skin reduces the appearance of age spots, wrinkles and other signs of aging. Studies have shown that even if you put it into potions, it produces similar results.

Avocado oil contains lecithin and sterol
The most important ingredients for human health in this oil are lecithin and sterol. Lecithin forms a protective layer on the surface of the skin and hair follicles, while sterol hydrates and softens them.

Why is avocado oil good for hair?
Avocado oil works well with macadamia (coconut) and coconut oil. This oil is contained in excellent hair masks and is most commonly used for dry and damaged hair. Also, it accelerates hair growth and prevents further deterioration.

In addition to its effects on skin and hair, avocados have many health benefits.

Health benefits of avocado oil
It controls and lowers blood cholesterol levels and protects the cardiovascular system. Avocado oil contains a large amount of oleic acid, which inhibits the absorption of cholesterol and triglycerides and prevents the transport of bad fat through the bloodstream. This stops the process of atherosclerosis. Reduces LDL and triglycerides, increases HDL levels (more successful than all other vegetable oils).

It improves blood vessel performance because it contains omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids + vitamin E + potassium and protects blood vessels from free radicals and possible damage. When there is no damage, blood vessels become stronger and more flexible and respond better to changes in blood pressure.

The high content of omega 3 has anti-inflammatory and antidepressant action.

Avocado oil has a high content of soluble fiber - the highest amount of all other types of fruit and improves the performance of the heart and digestive system.

Beta sterols - like plant cholesterol, are good for the absorption of cholesterol into the bloodstream, thus preventing the absorption of bad cholesterol.

Phytosterols from avocado oil reduce the risk of tumor disease.

Avocado is also an oral antiseptic - it prevents the growth of bacteria, successfully cures bad breath and tooth decay. The anti-inflammatory action prevents inflammatory diseases of the mouth and is therefore used against periodontosis because it prevents the secretion of an enzyme that degrades the gum tissue.

High levels of vitamins E, D, A - reduces the risk of high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, and some cancers.

Due to its high level of lutein - it protects the eye from UV radiation and prevents macular degeneration leading to vision damage.

Avocado oil has a specific antioxidant effect - it can destroy free radicals in the mitochondria, which no other antioxidant provides. Mitochondria are organelles that generate energy for all processes in the body, but if damaged, disease and accelerated aging occur very quickly.

Try avocado oil and you will not regret it.
