A Japanese philosophy that will teach you how to accept change

Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy that can take the Danish concept of hygiene off the throne. Shige has ruled the world and based on the fact that you have to appreciate the little joys in life, so obviously, this really works because Danes are considered the happiest people in the world.

It is similar to the case of kaizen, the Japanese belief that great success is the result of small, subtle changes in life. The literal translation of the word is "improvement", and the theory behind this philosophy is that all aspects of your life need to be continually improved.

The problem in the Western world is that people are looking for quick solutions to their problems. Kaizen emphasizes the small steps that make change a continuous process, not a quick solution.

Changes need to be small so that you will hardly notice a difference in your daily life at first. That means adding another piece of fruit or vegetables to your basket or five minutes of meditation every Saturday. Thus, change becomes a habit.

The only thing you really need is a pen and paper. It all comes down to goals, short term, and long term. Divide them into health, business, financial, home and social, and then dive deep into every aspect.

When it comes to health, it means asking yourself what your attitude is towards your body, mental health, nutrition, and exercise. Also, ask yourself what you are happy with and what you are not happy with.

Once you do that, it will be easier for you to find out what to focus on and what habits to change. The purpose of this philosophy is to develop positive habits and get rid of bad ones.

The Japanese also believe that casein is the key to boosting emotional intelligence. It is important to acknowledge that you are not always perfect and recognize that there is always room for development.
