Facebook and Instagram have slowed the flow of video content across Europe

Facebook says it has temporarily slashed the flow of video content on Facebook and Instagram to avoid Internet traffic in Europe.

Social networks Facebook and Instagram are increasingly used following the introduction of emergency measures across Europe, which also require work from home and social isolation.

Earlier, companies Netflix and Google announced that they would adapt the video broadcasting system to the new situation.

The European Commission has previously called on ISPs, operators and service providers to prevent network overload and provide open internet.

SpaceX lost its Falcon 9 after the successful launch of Starlink satellites
