Everything you love and hate about others reveals a lot about you

The people in your lives are your greatest teachers. The way you respond to them is a direct reflection of how you treat yourself.

Think about how you are experiencing people in your life right now. Everything you love or hate about others is just a mirror of your qualities.

If you respect the people who give you freedom, you respect the freedom you give yourself.

If you are angry because others treat you badly, you are angry at yourself for behaving badly for yourself and for not forgiving yourself.

Do you see how every external reaction has a proper internal reaction and vice versa?

Every person in your life is a potential teacher. You can learn these lessons from the negative emotions that others cause in you. These emotions give different lessons to different people, and these are just a few examples:

Outrage: you need to get to know the bigger picture of the world.

Sadness: you need to learn to accept life and reconnect with your center.

Fear: You have to accept that some things you cannot control.

Hate: You have to love yourself more and forgive yourself so that you can give it to others.

Shame: you need to explore your dark side and what you suppress.

Blame: you have to take responsibility.

Jealousy: You have to respect the situation you are in.

Guilt: you need to examine yourself and discover where you lost contact with the truth.

Irritability: you need to develop more understanding of others' needs by respecting your needs.

You should also keep in mind that each emotion can teach you a different lesson depending on the events of the day.

For example, one day, anger at your friends suggests that you must learn to open your mind. The next day, the anger may indicate your dissatisfaction and the need to relax.

However, your enlargement of the soul largely depends on how you perceive and respond to the people in your life. When you want to learn from life and stop sacrificing your circumstances, you make a powerful choice.
