Destiny 2 is getting a bunch of content soon as part of the new Season of the Worthy season

Destiny 2 is about to launch a new season, which should probably bring enough content to keep players entertained over the next few months.

Bungie has released a bunch of details on what Destiny 2 players are waiting for as the new season arrives. It seems that the same will continue the trend of the current season with a much greater focus on the story at the center, this time by Rasputin's Warmind AI.

Namely, after many successive defeats, the main antagonists of the original campaign will once again try to destroy the last city of humanity. As their method is to use the space station as a sort of meteor, players will have to train Rasputin's weapons to protect themselves from destruction.

All players will be able to access new PvE activities like activating Seraph towers and Rasputin bunkers while PvP's focus will be the popular 3v3 Trials of Osiris mode. All players will also receive artifacts with new seasonal modes, but will also be able to earn new exotic weapons and armor named Seventh Seraph.

Those who decide to buy a season pass will still get a little more. In addition to unlocking the aforementioned armor and new exotic weapons as soon as the season begins, they will be able to win additional cosmetics, but will also gain access to new missions, game world knowledge and the like.

Season of the Worthy arrives at 10.03, or next week's reset, while Trials of Osiris will be live a few days later, to be exact, 13.03. Of course, with all of the above, and in line with the current season, expect a gradual drip of additional content and short-lived in-game events that will encourage a steady return to the game.
